FearGod leads product development, go-to-market execution, and strategic partnerships at Majir. He brings experience from a leading cloud provider, where he translated customer needs into shipped product improvements and worked cross-functionally to deliver outcomes for technical users at scale. Before Majir, he worked across R&D and product development efforts at Boston Scientific, Zimmer Biomet, and Cincinnati Children’s, building a strong foundation in taking complex ideas from concept to market. At Majir, he is focused on building partner-ready integrations, and forming the alliances that help scale distribution responsibly.

Maxwell Eichie
Co-Founder & CTO
Maxwell leads technology and architecture at Majir, with a focus on building cloud-native software, data pipelines, and large-scale systems that can support users. He has over a decade of experience designing and operating production workloads on the cloud, including distributed microservices, event-driven architectures, and highly available services. Before Majir, he worked with enterprise engineering teams to modernize applications, automate infrastructure, and optimize performance in regulated environments. His blend of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and systems design experience gives Majir a strong technical foundation to ship fast staying reliable and scalable.
